Do You Know a high school student, 16 to 18 years old interested in a law enforcement career? 

Michigan State Troopers and Law Enforcement Officers from around the State will show you what their life is like every day on the job. They bring their personal experience to the teachings of the day. 

You will learn: 

~ Proper gun safety while live-firing handguns under the supervision of Michigan Sate Police firing range officers

~ How to work as a team                                  ~ First aid

~ Self defense Techniques                                ~ Crash site investigation

~ The adrenaline rush of underwater rescue and recovery in the training center pool 

~ Basic “CSI- Crime Scene Investigations”      ~ Intense physical training (Yes, you will run!) 

 

Top Student Trooper of the week wins a $1,000 College Scholarship 3 other categories win $500 each 

Class is being offered: July 12-17, 2020 (Application deadline May 18, 2020)
